Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the registers in their original box with all mounting hardware and protective wrapping to ensure they arrive undamaged.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned grilles, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
